We accept returns postmarked within 10 days from the date you placed your order. We will except and pay for your return item as long as it is not a sale item and it falls under the 10 days from when you placed order, merchandise must have not been worn, washed or damaged in anyway. Must still have tag attached. If it is damaged upon the Sassen Team receiving it or we receive the merchandise after the 10 day grace period then item or items will be returned to you and return rates may apply. All merchandise will come with a paid return label. Simply tape the return label to new package and take package to the nearest ups store. Once we receive the merchandise, we will send you a confirmation email stating we have received the item(s) and to expect to see the credit returned to your credit card or debit card. All sale items are final sale!
